Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can see real reports for your own site before you pay anything.

• Monthly plans: cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-months.
• Yearly plans: if you ask within 14 days of a yearly charge, we refund it in full.
• Something went wrong? If a report didn't arrive or was clearly broken, write to us and we'll fix it or refund that period.

Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle.com. To request a refund, write to [email protected] or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt.
